Refund Policy

Neon Seasons will offer returns and refunds for any products that are faulty. We will follow the Australian Consumer law guideline to ensure all our customers' inquiries are resolved in the right manner whether it is to fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. Each case is different and will be accessed accordingly, solutions to any faulty products will be taken care of by us. “Change of mind” cannot be the reason for the return of the item. 

Faulty & incorrect products:

Quality control and product examination are done before the packaging stage. We value our customers and want you to get the best quality neon signs. If your product arrived and is damaged please contact us immediately with pictures and videos of the damaged neon as well as the packages that were delivered to assist us in assessing the damage.

Note: please refrain from the use of the product if it's faulty or damaged.

In the event of the product being delivered and is not the item, you intend to purchase. Please contact us immediately with your order number, we will assist you and resolve this as soon as possible.
