Neon Seasons will email your tracking number once it has been shipped. If you don't receive your tracking number within 10 business days, please reach out to us on: info@neonseasons.com.au

In the very unlikely event that your LED Neon Sign arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can provide you with a resolution.

You will need to send us photos of the packaging as well as any damages to the sign. A short video of the sign with the packaging is also recommended. The damages will need to be reported to Neon Seasons within 30 days upon delivery of the sign.

Once the above items have been actioned, a replacement sign will be resent to you.

For signs that will be on for long stretches every night at home, we generally still recommend the standard plug-in power supply, since battery runtime depends on the sign size and usage.

We offer different backing styles depending on the design, including clear acrylic and cut-to-shape options.

For many custom designs, the acrylic backing is cut around the design so that the background becomes less visible when the sign is mounted.

However, we do offer returns and refunds for any faulty products, please ensure you provide photos and videos of any damages to the sign. The final resolve for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product is decided on a case by case basis depending on the source of the fault.
