We understand a lot of our signs are used for important events such as weddings, birthdays, functions, grand openings etc. If you do have an event date please include these details in the notes when ordering. Alternatively please reach out to us if you have any queries.

Absolutely! we ship our LED Neon Signs anywhere in the world.

Neon Seasons will email your tracking number once it has been shipped. If you don't receive your tracking number within 10 business days, please reach out to us on: info@neonseasons.com.au

In the very unlikely event that your LED Neon Sign arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can provide you with a resolution.

You will need to send us photos of the packaging as well as any damages to the sign. A short video of the sign with the packaging is also recommended. The damages will need to be reported to Neon Seasons within 30 days upon delivery of the sign.

Once the above items have been actioned, a replacement sign will be resent to you.

Our website provides you with the option to create your very own neon sign. Using our CREATE YOUR SIGN tool, you will be able to customise the text, font, colour, size and much more.

If our online customiser tool is unable to deliver the design requirements that you are after, please reach out to us. Here at Neon Seasons we have moved away from the traditional glass tubing craftsmanship which can easily shatter and emit gas when broken. Instead, we only use LED Neon technology to create your designs. LED itself is a cost efficient, flexible and much safer way to create neon in today's world. It can produce a much higher quality of light over a wide range of colour for you to choose from. LEDs also release less heat unlike the traditional neons and are safe to touch.   

Neon Seasons offer a total of 14 colours to choose from on our CREATE YOUR SIGN tool.

We also offer RBG colour changing signs which as the name suggests, allows you to change colours using a remote control.

We offer a wide range of sizes for our neon signs from as small as 40cm up to 200cm. If you require outside of this size range please contact us to discuss.

Neon Seasons offers an extensive range of over 40 fonts to choose from. These range from script fonts, bold block fonts and double lined fonts. If your preferred font isn't listed on our CREATE YOUR SIGN tool just contact us with your preferred font and we will make it work.

Yes you can! We have a selection of over 40 fonts to choose from. However, if you have a specific font which is not on our list, our expert design team will still be able to create your design.

Our design team are located in both Australia and USA. However, our LED Neon signs are manufactured overseas in China.

We can make our signs suitable for outdoor use by providing a silicone water proof coat. In order to choose this option, you will need to select the "Waterproof" option under the Materials section.

Both traditional and LED Neons have a good overall lifespan.

Our neon signs can have a lifespan around 3-5 years, with an estimated usage of around 50,000+ hours.

Our LED neon signs are powered by 12V which is a lower voltage than a traditional neon gas light. The low voltage output ensures the surface doesn't heat up even after extended hours of use. And are completely safe to touch.

Nope. Our LED Neon Signs are environmentally free and do not require any ongoing maintenance.

Your sign comes with a clear transparent backboard made from acrylic.

The LED neon strips comprise of very small LED lights which is then covered by white or coloured neon flex silicone.

All our Neon signs are quality controlled and pre-tested to ensure that they are ready for you to use straight away. 

Your neon sign will be mounted on the acrylic backing or any backing of your choice and in your chosen colour, with a transparent cord. The backing will come with pre drilled holes which allows you to hang on the wall. 

Accessories for hanging on the wall will also be included such as chains.

Your sign will come with a power supply adapter and is based on the region you choose ((US, AUS, CAN, EU).

Your neon sign will also come with a dimmer switch or remote control (dependant on which option you select, note remote control option will incur additional charges)

Please reach out to us on info@neonseason.com for any queries related to returns or exchanges. Unfortunately, once your order is processed and in production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, we do offer returns and refunds for any faulty products, please ensure you provide photos and videos of any damages to the sign. The final resolve for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product is decided on a case by case basis depending on the source of the fault.

Yes! Neon Seasons signs are of the highest quality. We offer an amazing 24 month manufacturer's warranty. Resolution for faulty signs will be dependent on the source of the fault and will be determined between Neon Seasons and the purchaser. Depending on the fault, we will either fix, replace or refund the product. 

Unfortunately our Neon signs are not eligible for returns due to change of mind. Please reach out to us if you are unsure or have any queries before making purchase.
