Shipping Policy

Your product will be packed and sealed for shipping once completed, the courier company will be selected based on your area and location. We work with several courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, Fastway, Australia post, and many more. The shipping time frame will vary based on the complexity of the design, the size of the final product, and the locations.

Please note:

All invoices are in Australian dollars (AUD) for currency measurements, Neon Seasons will not be liable for any currency exchange costs, variation in the rate of exchange, fees, surcharges by your bank or card providers, etc.

For all international shipments, it is the client's duty to pay all customs costs in the country the products are being sent to. Please check with our team members, if you want to confirm the tariffs or duties payable for the country the product is being shipped to. Neon Seasons is not liable for the cost of delay on shipment caused by customs. Refunds for the items caused by delays will not be offered for these circumstances.

Duty at point - the end-user is paying for duties and taxes

Our design and production team will require 4-7 days for producing your neon signs.

Our shipping time:

Standard shippings:5-9 business days from approval date for metropolitan areas / 7-10 business days from approval date for regional areas;

We know a lot of signs are for an event or work. If you need to meet a deadline or need this in a shorter time frame please contact us via email to address this issue. We will try our best to meet the specific time frame as soon as possible. With urgent orders, it will incur an additional fee.
